At Caythorpe & Fulbeck JFC, we’re incredibly fortunate to have the support of some fantastic local businesses, and we would like to take a moment to say a huge thank you to the Red Lion Caythorpe.

Situated on the High Street in Caythorpe, the Red Lion is a 17th-century country inn which describes itself as combining traditional character with a warm and friendly atmosphere. For our club, however, its contribution goes far beyond being our local village pub.

The Red Lion proudly sponsors our charity team, helping us continue to use football as a way of bringing people together and supporting good causes within our community.

Their support doesn’t stop when the final whistle blows either.

The Red Lion provides a home for all of our club meetings, giving the people working behind the scenes a welcoming place to come together, discuss ideas and continue driving the club forward.

They also look after everyone following our charity matches, providing food and drinks after the games and helping turn those occasions into something that brings players, volunteers and supporters together.

It’s exactly the type of relationship that grassroots football is built upon. Local people, local organisations and local businesses supporting one another and helping create something positive for the wider community.

The Red Lion itself highlights quality food and drink as a key part of what it offers, with freshly prepared dishes across its menus. From everyone at the club, we want to say a massive thank you to the Red Lion and the whole team for their continued hospitality and support.
