My step son got into football and wanted to join a club but couldn't find one, so i decided the time was right for me to qualify as a coach.
Improving players on the pitch but also giving them good life skills they can take into adult hood
Make sure you are serious, and you can dedicate yourself, never get into coaching half hearted - always 100%
Seeing the development between my first coaching session and my latest
I am still fairly new to coaching, i would have to say the smiles on the faces of the kids when they perform well
i am sure there will be something in the future but for now i cant comment as i am still fairly new
I see myself as coaching my team into adult football
